Timeline

6:00-6:20 PM

Free time to socialize out front of the school; take pictures.

6:20 PM

Doors open and Grade 8’s to designated spots; family members directly to the Gym.  If you plan on bringing more than 4 family members (excluding your graduate), please let the teacher know so we can accomodate.  We only have a certain amount of seating in the gym. 

6:30-7:30 PM

Ceremony

7:30-8:00 PM

Reception- Cupcakes and Beverages

8:00-10:00 PM

Dance for Grade 8’s; pizza will be delivered at 8:30pm.

10:00 PM SHARP

Pick up, by a parent and/or guardian that is on our contact list, 10 PM SHARP.  Front of the school.  

IF you are making alternate arrangements for your child, you MUST let the school know in writing (name of who will be picking up your child and/or if they are walking home) - biroffice@scdsb.on.ca .
