May 27 – Pet Value® Walk for Dog Guides

The Pet Value®
Walk for Dog Guides is a national
fundraising walk, to help train Dog Guides for Canadians with visual,
hearing, medical or physical disabilities, held in more than 200
communities across Canada. Each Walk is organized by local volunteers
with support from Lions Foundation of Canada. For more

a part of our community and Adopt-a-Road! Residents and community
groups contribute their time two mornings per year to cleaning
up their chosen road. Our Public Works personnel join us to collect

Wasaga
Beach Hiking Club invites the public to Hike and Bike the Harold Culham
Trail in Wasaga Beach Provincial Park on International
Trails Day, Saturday, June 2, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Hike from
Schoonertown Parkette at the corner of River Rd West and Oxbow Park Dr.
to Wasaga
Nordic Centre, for 7 km with shuttle provided back to Schoonertown. Bike
from Schoonertown to Wasaga Nordic and continue on to Shore Lane to
complete the loop, 15 km back to Schoonertown. For information contact
